Administrative Training covers the duties and responsibilities involved when working as a medical receptionist in a private medical practice. Participants will discover the realm of the medical practice and the tasks which may be required of them in their role as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Secretary.
Curriculum
The course will develop the knowledge required to operate the functions such as patient data entry, scheduling and patient appointments, patient billing and receipting in general medicine. In addition, special emphasis will be given to fielding calls from the cosmetic patient. Specific techniques will be introduced to increase the receptionist’s ability to instill confidence and enthusiasm in the patient to ensure practice success. Our trainees have an over 80% conversion rate from first time to caller to booked appointment.

Training Locations & Dates
Course availability and dates are subject to change. Courses are limited to 1-2 physicians and 1 ancillary staff, e.g. R.N., PA. Payment is required in advance and course scheduling requires a minimum of 4 weeks to schedule.
